FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
All orders within India enjoy complimentary express shipping — no minimum order, no hidden charges. Just our small way of making your experience a little sweeter.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We'd love to send Sofloras your way, wherever you are. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: deliveries to certain remote areas, military addresses, and parts of North India may take a few extra days to arrive. For international orders to military addresses or remote regions, shipping fees may be slightly higher and delivery windows longer. We appreciate your patience — every order is worth the wait!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
The moment your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email. We work with trusted courier partners to make sure your piece travels safely to you.
MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt is missed or there's a hiccup with the address, our team will get in touch to sort it out. A small re-dispatch charge may apply in such cases.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, we'll reach out to you via email or WhatsApp before sending it again.
CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we're happy to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once an order is on its way, we're unfortunately unable to cancel it.
